By ordering any products from Vanilla Whip, you are confirming that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions.
Payment:
If you wish for your order to be produced immediately following payment, 100% payment will need to be made up front. If paying by cheque or e-cheque, these will need to have cleared before order will be started.
If you are making your order long in advance of when you wish to receive it, only a percentage will need to be paid as a deposit - this is usually 50% and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless Vanilla Whip is responsible for cancelling the order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g materials discontinued). The remaining amount will need to be paid before the order will be started - times frames will vary depending on workloads at that time- please ask when placing your order.
Cancellation:
Clients have a right to cancellation of orders prior to the order being made - if cancellation is made before the order is started, the deposit (if applicable) will not be refunded. If an order is cancelled after full payment has been made no refund will be due.
Vanilla Whip reserves the right to cancel orders due to any unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances - in the unlikely situation that this occurs, a full refund of any monies paid will be issued unless the order has been partially received, then only partial refund will be given.
Delivery:
All samples are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery, all orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Refund Policy:
Vanilla Whip is unable to accept returns of items unless they are proven to be faulty - decisions on whether refund is justified will be made on case by case nature.
Unless we are in agreement that an order which is sent to you differs from the sample you were provided with, no refund or exchange can be considered. If no sample was ordered prior to going ahead with a complete order - we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you are not happy with the item. (unless it is faulty)
Changes:
If creation of your order has already been started, any changes will be charged for.
Proofs/Spelling:
Please ask for a proof if you require one - this will be sent via email. If you do not request a proof, it will be presumed that you agree the wording, spelling and layout you have provided on your order form is accurate. If a proof is opted for and you approve it; no responsibility can be taken for any errors following your approval.
Lead times/Turn Around times
Please ask when placing your order what the current lead time is as this differs depending on season and the size or intricacy of your order. Although we adhere to quoted turnaround times as carefully as possible, these are approximate.
